my oat obsession


oats oats oats. i love oats.

my first post a year ago. nothing important really...but it stays.

1/2 cup quaker old fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (because i like it thick)
microwave 2 minutes
add:
1/4 cup whole foods women's vitality trail mix
3 tsp light brown sugar

345 calories
